How compute stake is shared across pools.
Each point is one reward period, about a day, in UTC. Stake is taken at the first block. Account counts are taken at the end of the period. Indexed through 23 Oct 2026 (reward period 1025). Stake left behind after a pool ended is left out. Pools staked in stEWT are converted to EWT at that period's rate.
